General terms & conditions for conferences

General cancellation fees

Our general cancellation fees:

  • Up to 6 weeks before your conference (beginning date): free 
  • 4 to 6 weeks before your conference (beginning date): 30% of the total cost 
  • 2 to 4 weeks before your conference (beginning date): 50% of the total cost 
  • Up to 1 week before your conference (beginning date): 100% of the total cost

Conference with accommodation:

  • Free cancellation of up to 3 rooms up to 1 day before your conference is scheduled to begin

Day conference: 

  • The final number of participants can be confirmed up to 1 day before your conference is scheduled to begin. 
  • Your invoice will then be based on this number.
