Our family-run hotel near Salzburg

The management of our family-run hotel take personal responsibility for your well-being and happiness during your stay with us. Our entire staff is the soul of our hotel and make sure this is a warm, welcoming "home away from home" in Salzburger Land. Most of our team have been with us for years which means they work together like a well-oiled machine. Our receptionists, service staff, chefs and cleaning staff always give their best to fulfil every guests’ wish and make your stay with us a wonderful experience!

Very friendly staff, a beautiful spacious and air-conditioned room with a great view of the mountains from the balcony, very clean, the breakfast left nothing to be desired, perfect in summer was the free outdoor pool for hotel guests right next door and in 15 minutes you can be at Salzburg main station by train, free parking at the hotel, quiet hotel and well insulated rooms, great beer garden/ courtyard, good restaurant open daily, we were completely satisfied, you should book a deluxe room with mountain view, (there are also a few rooms facing the street, which I would not recommend to people sensitive to noise, ) a well-stocked supermarket is right next door, we would stay there again at any time.

Fantastic stay

The hotel is not only really TOP in its facilities - modern rooms with every comfort, good restaurant with a wonderful guest garden, plenty of parking spaces, quiet location a short distance from Salzburg, etc. - but this hotel also gets 5***** from me for its staff and the atmosphere! I travel a lot and therefore know many hotels, but I have rarely experienced such empathy and customer-orientation.

Here, guests are welcomed as if they were part of a family, every member of staff endeavours to make their stay as pleasant as possible and there is an immediate, unbureaucratic solution to every problem. My very special thanks for that!

This hotel will definitely be my favourite hotel when I visit Salzburg again!
